Insurance

Personal Injury Protection: We do bill Personal Injury Protection (PIP) for auto accidents.

Medicare:  We do bill Medicare for chiropractic treatment.

TriWest:  We are a provider for the TriWest Choice program.

Private Insurance:  If you have private health insurance you may be able to get a percent of the cost of the office visit reimbursed by your insurance company.  All insurance companies have policies regarding seeing Doctors that are not participating in their network to be billed directly for the patient visit.  They will usually reimburse a percent of the cost of that visit.  This is also related to their policies of how much they think a visit should cost and it is also related to your deductible.

Please inquire as to whether your private insurance company meets our standards to bill as a courtesy.  Otherwise we will provide you the forms necessary to seek reimbursement from your insurance company.

If we bill your private insurance for you as a courtesy, you will be responsible for payment at the time of your visit for your estimated deductible and/or copay/coinsurance with a check, credit card, or cash.
